For Mortgage Referrals in Ontario we pay 25% of the Finder's Fee and/or Brokerage Fees on closing. No Minimums. No Maximums. No games, no difficult collection, no chasing anyone, just a cheque from us in the mail (or Direct Deposit if you prefer) as soon as the deal is done.

Quite regularly we have clients located in areas or in situations that we can't help. Our goal is to provide the best service possible and if that means referring the client to a professional that is better able to help them then we'll do it.
